From client servicing, business development to design- Smita effortlessly switches from one hat to another. With over 12 years of design and development experience and having worked with over 100 companies, she has fostered ideas into becoming revenue generating businesses.

Sandeep Mittal is founder director Theory Online Solutions and Head of Operations and PR. Being an ex-Microsoft and an ex-eBay consultant, Sandeep’s experience in the tech industry is unparalleled. He’s been working in the North American market for over two decades, from retail biggies and large-scale corporates to small business owners and independent artists. Sandeep has set up niche tech products for over 500 clients.

Meticulous in his methods, Sumit is head of project management at Theory Online Solutions. Nothing misses his sharp eye. His detail-oriented approach to every single project is not only commendable but his cool and calming demeanour has everyone in awe. With over two decades of project leading experience, Sumit is our resident Mr. Fixer.

As a post-graduate in Science, Shweta holds vast experience in the education sector as a former principal and an editor at a reputable publishing house. Her desire to give back and serve the community through philanthropic means is something very close to her heart as she has been actively involved with an NGO helping to improve the lives of females by assisting them to become financially independent. Shweta is a lifelong learner and thoroughly enjoys her role as Project Manager and wakes up every day excited and filled with passion to conquer new things. Her years of administrative and leadership experience have been crucial in leading the team at Theory Online Solutions. In her spare time, Shweta likes to curl up to a good book, and keep herself updated with all the developments happening in the world of technology.
